The welcome we received from Ruth was top-notch, with coffee in the lounge area upon arrival. The breakfast options were superb, offering a choice between cooked and continental. The beautiful old country house and its extensive gardens provided a comfortable and charming atmosphere. We had a delightful time enjoying down-to-earth Irish music and singing in the small hotel on the property. The food, both at breakfast and in the pub in the evening, was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice. The history of the house was fascinating. our stay at this country house hotel was very pleasant, with comfortable rooms, a cozy bar, and a fantastic breakfast selection. We would definitely return for another enjoyable stay.

The value for money at Ballyglass was fantastic, with comfortable beds and everything you could need for a short stay in beautiful grounds. The owners were lovely and the location was nestled in the peaceful Irish countryside.
More breakfast choices would have made the experience even better, but overall it was a great stay.

The beds were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the friendly staff went above and beyond to accommodate dietary restrictions, providing alternative options for vegetarian guests.

I was a bit worried about finding the place when arriving late, but that was immediately forgotten in the daylight. The charm of the old property made up for the steep and narrow stairs. The level of friendliness and helpfulness of the owners and staff was exceptional, even serving us breakfast after my wife's visit to the hairdresser. The breakfast itself was top-notch, cooked to perfection with fresh ingredients. The rooms were comfortable with great water pressure in the showers. The Forge pub attached to the property was a lovely bonus, offering outstanding food and drink. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay in Tipperary.

The on-site pub offered a good variety of food options, although it was a bit unclear on how to order at times. The surrounding area was incredibly quiet, allowing for a truly relaxing stay. I would highly recommend Ballyglass Country House for its charm, value for money, and the best poached eggs I've ever had!

The location of the hotel is quite remote, providing a peaceful and private setting. the views from the property are stunning, offering a serene backdrop for a relaxing stay. the Irish breakfast served at the hotel is top-notch, with plenty of coffee refills to start the day off right.
The room I stayed in had very thin walls, making it difficult for a light sleeper like myself to get a good night's rest.

The house and surroundings were impressive, with cozy and warm rooms. The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was cooked to order and the server was accommodating to dietary restrictions. The location offered beautiful views and ample parking space.
The shower room was small with a poor-performing shower. Additionally, staying in the area on a Monday night didn't provide many options for bars or restaurants, with only takeaways and pizza shops open.

The country house boasts a clean and spotless environment, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious vegetarian stir fry by the fireplace and a satisfying breakfast with various options including cereals, fruits, yogurts, and vegan-friendly seeds. the owner and staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent hospitality. the vintage style of the property adds charm, and the on-site pub restaurant offers cozy and comfortable dining experience with tasty dinners.
One minor inconvenience is the need for a cab to go into town, but it is only a short distance away.
